Produced by Rajan Shahi, Star Plus’ show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has been running successfully for almost 15 years now. Starring Pranali Rathore, Harshad Chopra, Shreyansh Kaurav and many more in pivotal roles, the show is one of the most-watched shows that often tops the weekly TRP charts. In the past few episodes it was seen that Akshara and Abhimanyu’s wedding preparations begin despite Muskaan’s resentment and disapproval. 

Today’s episode starts with Abhir telling Manjiri and Suwarna to write Abhimanyu and Akshara’s names on each other’s palm before drawing the designs. As they admire each other’s name on the hand, Akshara starts witnessing how Aarohi gets uncomfortable when Sujeet Mama is around. On the other hand, Dadi scolds Manish, Anand and Kairav for watching a match on their phone when the ladies are busy with the mehendi ceremony. She asks the men to dance, which then livens up the mood even more. All throughout the episode it is seen how Sujeet Mama makes suggestive approaches towards Aarohi. He makes his ill intentions very clear when he tells her that she might have forgotten what is good touch and bad touch since she has been alone for so long. Aarohi tries to warn him and tells him to stay away from her. Sujeet tells her how he loves challenges and explains that in such scenarios men never get defamed but the women do. He goes on to even tell her how she won’t react because she doesn’t want to ruin Akshara’s wedding. As the episode comes to an end, Akshara takes Aarohi with her in the room and asks her what happened. The sisters decide to come together and expose Sujeet. As Akshara stops him from touching Aarohi, the latter slaps him, leaving everyone in shock. Aarohi reveals how Sujeet has been trying to molest her all this time, which leaves the entire family angry. In the upcoming episode it will be seen that Aarohi will come to know that Akshara is pregnant after reading her reports. She will pass on the reports to Abhimanyu and Akshara. Abhimanyu will tear up the reports in anger and declare that he doesn’t want to get married to her.
